    摘要:

    基于压差机理的灭火剂浓度测试技术,是民用飞机发动机舱、APU舱以及前后货舱灭火系统设计有效性检验的关键技术,亦是国际上广泛认可的灭火剂浓度测算方法。目前国内有关灭火剂浓度测量方面的装备大多来源于国外,相关研究情况受此约束发展比较缓慢。本文在压差法灭火剂浓度测量技术的基础上,综合精密设计的传感测量分系统、数据采集分系统、数据记录及处理分系统等技术,设计了一套灭火剂浓度测量系统,用于测量发动机舱等区域的灭火剂浓度,提出了灭火剂浓度设计过程中的关键技术及解决途径。最后,在试验室开展了灭火剂浓度测量系统校准试验,得到标准灭火剂体积浓度分别为3%、6%、10%、20%时的实测数据,通过计算,测量误差值均不大于0.25%。此外,在试验室开展了灭火剂浓度测量系统同步性试验,通过设置不同长度及弯曲状态的采样管,得出了不同试验构型时,灭火剂浓度测量系统同步性试验的最大时间差。试验结果表明,灭火剂浓度测量系统所有通道的同步性试验最大时间差均不大于100 ms,且管路长度、管路弯曲状态对本文所述系统的同步性影响不大。

    Abstract:

    The test technology of extinguishing agent concentration based on pressure difference mechanism is the key technology for the effectiveness test of fire extinguishing system design in engine compartment, APU compartment and front and rear cargo compartment of civil aircraft, and is also a widely recognized method for measuring extinguishing agent concentration in the world. At present, most of the equipment related to the concentration measurement of fire extinguishing agent in China comes from abroad, and the relevant research situation is relatively weak due to this constraint. Based on the measurement technology of fire extinguishing agent concentration by pressure difference method, this paper designs a set of fire extinguishing agent concentration measurement system, which is used to measure the concentration of fire extinguishing agent in the engine room and other areas, and puts forward the key technologies and solutions in the design process of fire extinguishing agent concentration. Finally, the calibration test of the extinguishing agent concentration measurement system was carried out in the laboratory, and the measured data were obtained when the volume concentration of the standard extinguishing agent was 3%, 6%, 10% and 20%, respectively. The measurement error value was less than 0.25%. In addition, the synchronization test of the extinguishing agent concentration measurement system was carried out in the laboratory. By setting different length and bending state of the sample tube, the maximum time difference of the synchronization test of the extinguishing agent concentration measurement system was obtained in different test configurations. The test results show that the maximum time difference of the synchronization test of all channels in the extinguishing agent concentration measurement system is less than 100 ms, and the length and bending degree of the pipeline have little influence on the synchronization of the system described in this paper.
