    摘要:

    民用飞机闪电试验是验证飞机闪电防护能力的必要手段,是通过向试验件或试验机注入模拟闪电电流来模拟闪电环境,从而得到飞机的防护性能数据的试验。对于部段级和飞机级闪电试验,为保护试验件和试验机,通常用缩比电流法控制模拟闪电电流的幅值。详细介绍了缩比电流法的概念、目的和适用条件,并以金属翼盒闪电试验为例,针对电流试验、电压试验和表面磁场试验,分别分析了在不同幅值的模拟闪电电流注入下试验结果的可靠性,得到了较为合适的模拟闪电电流的幅值,对民用飞机部段级和飞机级闪电环境试验具有一定的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    Civil aircraft lightning test is necessary to verify the aircraft’s lightning protection capability,which is used to simulate the protection performance of an aircraft in a lightning environment by injecting a simulated lightning current into the test piece or test machine. For section-level and aircraft-level lightning tests, the amplitude of the simulated lightning current is usually controlled by the scaling current method for the protection of the test piece and the testing machine. This paper describes in detail the concept, purpose and conditions of application of the scaled current method. The reliability of the test results under different amplitudes of simulated lightning current injection was analysed for the current test, voltage test and surface magnetic field test as an example of metal wing box lightning test, and a more suitable amplitude of simulated lightning current was obtained. This paper has certain guiding significance for civil aircraft segment-level and aircraft-level lightning environmental testing.
