    摘要:

    针对硫酸阳极化处理后铝合金材料疲劳性能可能会下降的问题,以7075铝合金材料为研究对象,沿材料L向和LT向制造了一批分别进行铬酸阳极化和硫酸阳极化的试验件,对这些试验件开展细节疲劳对比试验,使用三维显微镜观察断口样貌,并根据试验结果计算出两种阳极化在L向和LT向的DFR值。结果表明:两种阳极化处理后7075铝合金疲劳断口样貌基本一致,DFR值也相当,两种阳极化处理后7075铝合金疲劳性能一致,在工程实践中,可以使用硫酸阳极化代替铬酸阳极化。

    Abstract:

    Regarding the possible decrease in fatigue performance of aluminum alloy after sulfuric acid anodizing treatment, 7075 aluminum alloy is taken as study object. A batch of test pieces were manufactured along L and LT directions of the material for chromic acid anodizing and sulfuric acid anodizing. Detailed fatigue tests were conducted on these pieces. Fracture appearance was observed using a three-dimensional microscope. After calculating DFR of two types of anodizing on the L and LT directions based on the tests results, the results show that the fatigue fracture morphology of 7075 aluminum alloy after two anodizing treatments is consistent. DFR is also consistent. The fatigue properties of 7075 aluminum alloy after two anodizing treatments are consistent. In engineering practice, sulfuric acid anodizing can be used instead of chromic acid anodizing.
