    目前,航空公司主力机型温度补偿能力欠缺,管制部门、机场和航空公司低温修正方法不统一,除RNP程序外其他程序无温度标注。针对上述问题,首先,说明了低温修正的主体责任,并分析了目前国内低温修正的现状,提出并非所有的低温都需要修正,具体需要根据温度和飞行程序来判定。其次,从净空条件较好与复杂两种情况介绍了低温修正越障的风险,以及越障裕度计算的三个方法:简单计算法、ICAO公式法和查表法,并指出可以通过ICAO公式法反推低温修正的门限温度,并通过门限温度判断机场是否需要低温修正。最后,以北京大兴国际机场为例进行计算,得出除非在二三类盲降皆不可用,且能见度处于航图标准边缘时才需要考虑低温修正。除上述情况,其余跑道任何时候都不需要低温修正。

    Abstract:

    In view of the current lack of temperature compensation capability for the main aircraft models of airlines, there is a lack of low temperature correction methods among air traffic control departments, airports, and flight crews, and there is no temperature markings in other programs except for RNP program. Firstly, this paper explains the main responsibility for low temperature correction, and analyzes the current situation of low temperature correction in China. It was pointed that not all low temperatures need to be corrected, and specific judgments need to be made based on the temperature and flight procedures. Secondly, three methods of low temperature correction were introduced: simple calculation method, ICAO formula method, and table lookup method. It was pointed out that the threshold temperature for low temperature correction can be deduced through the ICAO formula method, and the temperature requiring low temperature correction can be judged through the threshold temperature. Finally, taking Beijing Daxing International Airport as an example, it is concluded that low temperature correction only needs to be considered when both Category II and III instrument landing systems are unavailable and the visibility is at the edge of the chart standard. Except for the above situations, no low temperature correction is needed on the runway at any time.
