Abstract:During the flight test phase, the structure load is usually measured by resistance strain gauge. The cable resistance of the strain gauge and the thermal expansion of the measured material have great influence on strain measurement results, so it is necessary to select an appropriate compensation method to eliminate it. During the flight strain test design, it is necessary to reasonably select the strain gauge, test cable, temperature compensation plate, adhesive, etc., by combining multiple factors such as the measured environment. If not fully considered, not only will it not function as temperature compensation,but it may also introduce greater errors. From the perspective of practical application, combining with the characteristics of test flight test, this article gives suggestions on temperature compensation during flight strain test. At the same time, an adhesive was selected to carry out experiments on the installation process of the temperature supplement plate, in order to illustrate the importance of the adhesive of the temperature supplement plate for strain measurement.
