    摘要:

    试飞测试中,通常采用加装电阻应变片的方式进行结构载荷测量。应变片的线缆阻值受温度的变化与被测材料的热扩展对应变测量结果影响较大,须选择合适的补偿方法对其进行消除。在开展试飞应变测试设计时,需综合被测环境等多项因素对应变片、测试线缆、温度补偿板、胶黏剂等进行合理选择。若考虑不充分,不但不能起到温度补偿的作用,还可能引入更大的误差。从实际应用的角度出发,结合试飞测试特点给出试飞应变测试过程中温度补偿的建议,同时选用一种胶黏剂对温补板安装的工艺进行实验,以说明温补板胶黏剂对应变测量的重要性。

    Abstract:

    During the flight test phase, the structure load is usually measured by resistance strain gauge. The cable resistance of the strain gauge and the thermal expansion of the measured material have great influence on strain measurement results, so it is necessary to select an appropriate compensation method to eliminate it. During the flight strain test design, it is necessary to reasonably select the strain gauge, test cable, temperature compensation plate, adhesive, etc., by combining multiple factors such as the measured environment. If not fully considered, not only will it not function as temperature compensation,but it may also introduce greater errors. From the perspective of practical application, combining with the characteristics of test flight test, this article gives suggestions on temperature compensation during flight strain test. At the same time, an adhesive was selected to carry out experiments on the installation process of the temperature supplement plate, in order to illustrate the importance of the adhesive of the temperature supplement plate for strain measurement.
