    随着飞机各系统复杂度的提高,信号频率和密集布线使得线缆间的电磁能量耦合更加严重,串扰噪声不断恶化。通过梳理线缆间串扰的电容性耦合模型和电感性耦合模型,两者综合在被干扰对象上产生干扰噪声。大型飞机飞控系统采用LVDT传感器作为舵面位置传感器,由于电缆长度增加,电缆串扰耦合引起的测量误差已不可忽略。长电缆的串扰耦合将导致LVDT传感器的电压测量值增高,从而引起舵面反馈超差,甚至危害飞机安全。通过CST软件对LVDT传感器的长电缆上信号传输进行仿真,近端和远端的串扰电流相位相差180°且幅值相等,近端和远端的串扰电压相位相同且幅值相等。结合电容性耦合模型和电感性耦合模型分析可知,长电缆之间的线间电容是LVDT传感器电压测量值增高的主要原因。

    Abstract:

    With the increase of the complexity of aircraft systems, signal frequency and dense wiring make the electromagnetic energy coupling between cables more serious, and the crosstalk noise deteriorates continuously. In this paper, the capacitive coupling model and the inductive coupling model of crosstalk between cables are sorted out. LVDT sensor is used as rudder position sensor in large aircraft flight control system. Due to the increase of cable length, the measurement error caused by cable crosstalk coupling can not be ignored. The crosstalk coupling of the long cable will cause the LVDT sensor to increase the voltage measurement value, which will cause the rudder feedback to be out of control, and even harm the safety of the aircraft. The signal transmission on the long cable of LVDT sensor is simulated by CST software. The phase difference between the near end and the far end of the crosstalk current is 180° and the amplitude is equal. The near and far crosstalk voltages have the same phase and equal amplitude. Based on the analysis of capacitive coupling model and inductive coupling model, it can be seen that the interline capacitance between long cables is the main reason for the increase of voltage measurement value of LVDT sensor.
