Abstract:The design and development of large-scale civil aircraft is a complex and massive system engineering. With the gradual transformation of industrial manufacturing towards digitization and informatization, it is particularly important to use digital technology to carry out aircraft arrangement design and verification. By identifying and segmenting key scenarios during the aircraft arrangement process, capture simulation requirements for each scenario. Based on the digital prototype model, a design verification collaborative simulation platform combining software and hardware is used to propose simulation verification methods for key processes such as key motion component arrangement, safety assistance analysis, human factor assessment, disassembly and assembly channel planning, and external arrangement. Through simulation case applications, it has been verified that the proposed “design while validation” method can provide new ideas and directions for the design and evaluation of civil aircraft schemes.
