    摘要:

    大型民用飞机的设计研发是一个复杂、庞大的系统工程,随着工业制造逐步向数字化、信息化转型,采用数字化技术开展飞机布置方案设计和验证尤为重要。通过飞机布置过程的关键场景识别分割,捕获各场景仿真需求;基于数字样机模型,运用软硬件结合的设计验证协同仿真平台,提出关键运动件布置、安全性辅助分析、人为因素评估、拆装通道规划和外部布置等关键过程的仿真验证方法。通过仿真案例应用,验证了“边设计、边验证”方法能为民用飞机方案设计与评估提供新的思路和方向。

    Abstract:

    The design and development of large-scale civil aircraft is a complex and massive system engineering. With the gradual transformation of industrial manufacturing towards digitization and informatization, it is particularly important to use digital technology to carry out aircraft arrangement design and verification. By identifying and segmenting key scenarios during the aircraft arrangement process, capture simulation requirements for each scenario. Based on the digital prototype model, a design verification collaborative simulation platform combining software and hardware is used to propose simulation verification methods for key processes such as key motion component arrangement, safety assistance analysis, human factor assessment, disassembly and assembly channel planning, and external arrangement. Through simulation case applications, it has been verified that the proposed “design while validation” method can provide new ideas and directions for the design and evaluation of civil aircraft schemes.
