Abstract:The external service interface of civil aircraft is a “channel” for receiving a series of ground services such as ground refueling, food delivery, loading and unloading during the flight. The arrangement of external service interface has great influence on the ground maintainability and operation economy for civil aircraft. A reasonable arrangement of the external service interface can effectively reduce the workload of ground service personnel, shorten the downtime of ground service before, during and after the flight, and improve the efficiency of airport operation support. Therefore, it is particularly important to carry out the arrangement design and research of external service points of civil aircraft. Based on the general layout design principle, this paper focuses on the basic idea of the layout of aircraft external service interfaces, and studies and summarizes the key technologies in the arrangement and design of service points, including the height and position design methods. Then, a process of arrangement evaluation has been established, including ergonomics and error prevention, which provides design ideas and directions for the arrangement and evaluation of external services of civil aircraft.
