    摘要:

    商用航空发动机(简称“发动机”)运维支持领域涉及的数据来源广泛、类型多样。为了合理有效地收集、管理并应用这些数据,最大限度地发挥数据蕴藏的价值,未来需要设计与构建发动机运维支持数据管理系统,建立运维支持数据收集、处理及应用能力,从而更好地为发动机交付后提供运维支持服务,也可为发动机的设计优化、工艺改进、试验试飞等提供重要数据支撑。基于国际标准SX000i,结合发动机运维支持领域特点,研究并设计了发动机运维支持数据管理系统总体概念架构,并对系统的功能架构、技术架构以及系统接口等内容做了进一步阐述,为将来发动机运维支持数据管理系统开发奠定理论基础,为发动机投入运营后产生的多源、异构运维支持数据在利益相关方之间交换与反馈提供支撑。

    Abstract:

    The field of operation and maintenance support for commercial aero-engines (hereinafter referred to as “engines”) involves a wide range of data sources and types. In order to collect, manage and apply these data reasonably and effectively, and maximize the value of the data, it is necessary to design and construct an engine operation and maintenance support data management system in the future, establish the ability to collect, process, and apply operation and maintenance support data, so as to better provide operation and maintenance support services for the engine after delivery, and also provide important data support for engine design optimization, process improvement, test flight, etc. Based on international standard SX000i and combined with the characteristics of engine operation and maintenance support field, this paper studies and designs the overall conceptual architecture of engine operation and maintenance support data management system, and further expounds the system’s functional architecture, technical architecture and system interface, which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of engine operation and maintenance support data management system in the future. It provides support for the exchange and feedback of multi-source and heterogeneous operation and maintenance support data between stakeholders after the engine is put into operation.
