    摘要:

    飞行员操作程序的人机工效水平对飞机的运行安全非常重要,当前飞行员操作程序的评估工作通常在设计末端开展,带来设计迭代成本的大大提高,需要考虑在设计初期即完成评估与设计的迭代工作。首先对飞行员操作程序的设计流程、设计要素及设计中的人机工效评估关键点进行分析,接着通过分析操作程序设计关键要素与着色Petri网元素的对应关系,提出在设计初期基于着色Petri网完成操作程序设计方案的表达及关键人机工效评估的模型表达。最后,研究对某大型客机紧急下降程序开展着色Petri网建模,并基于模型获得程序的关键人机工效评估结果。在飞行员操作程序设计初期为设计提供模型支撑,能够实现设计程序的模型化表达及产生相应人机工效评估结果,用以指导设计迭代。

    Abstract:

    The ergonomics level of pilot operation procedures is very important for the operational safety of the aircraft, and the evaluation of the current pilot operation procedures is usually carried out at the end of the design, which brings a great increase in the cost of design iteration, so it is necessary to consider the completion of evaluation and design iteration work in the early stage of design. Therefore, this study first analyzes the design process, design elements and key points of ergonomic evaluation in the design of pilot operation procedures, and then analyzes the correspondence between the key elements of operation program design and the elements of colored Petri net, and proposes the expression of the operation program design scheme and the model expression of key ergonomic evaluation based on the colored Petri net in the early stage of design. Finally, the colored Petri net modeling was conducted on the emergency descent program of a large passenger aircraft, and the key ergonomic evaluation results of the program were obtained based on the model. This study provides a model for the design in the early stage of pilot operation program design, which can realize the modeling the expression of the design program and generate the corresponding ergonomic evaluation results to guide the design iteration.
