    近年来,基于压电传感器和 Lamb 波的结构健康监测技术因其对小损伤敏感以及监测范围广等优点被广泛地研究并应用于飞行器上。 由于材料特性以及其它复杂因素的影响,压电传感器采集的信号与原始信号并不能够完全一致,需要后续补偿处理。 针对圆形压电传感器,从其工作机理出发,推导了其动态特性的理论公式,建立起传感器数学模型。 利用 MATLAB 建立数学建模仿真得到传感器模型的动态特性曲线,并与实验获得的标定曲线进行了对比,验证了模型的合理性。 为了改善压电传感器的动态特性,采用零极点配置法设计了动态补偿滤波器。 结果表明,经过补偿的压电传感器的各方面动态指标较未补偿前有了很大的改善,响应速度得到了很大的提高,工作频带从 315. 9 kHz 拓宽到 609. 1 kHz,说明经过补偿后的压电传感器可以应用到工程实践当中。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, structural health monitoring technology based on piezoelectric sensor and lamb wave has been widely studied and applied to aircraft due to its advantages of sensitivity of small damage and wide monitoring range. Due to the influence of material properties and other complex factors, the signal acquired by piezoelectric sensor is not completely consistent with the original signal, which requires subsequent compensation processing. In this paper, the theoretical formula of dynamic characteristics is deduced from the working mechanism of circular piezoelectric sensor, and the mathematical model of sensor is established. The dynamic characteristic curve of the sensor model obtained by mathematical modeling is simulated by MATLAB, and is compared with the calibration curve obtained by the experiment so that to verify the validity of the model. In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of piezoelectric sensors, the dynamic compensation filter is designed by zero pole arrangement method. The result shows that the dynamic performance of the compensated piezoelectric sensor is greatly improved compared to original sensor, and the response speed is greatly improved. Also, the working frequency band is extended from 315. 9 kHz to 609. 1 kHz. It can be shown that the compensated piezoelectric sensor can be applied to engineering practice.
