Abstract:The use of air routes not only maintains the air traffic order, but also ensures the flight safety of aircraft. Therefore, improving the optimization of air routes in the process of flight operation control has a positive effect on improving space utilization. With reference to the relevant provisions of the fuel policy in the fifth edition of CCAR121 and the NOTAM issued by the ZWUQ FIR, the dispatch assessment work had delineated the affected area, listed affected route, analyzed the impact on flights, summarized the measures of operation control and analyzed its advantages and disadvantages. Finally, A319-115 aircraft was carried out for the operation of route Chengdu-Hotan, and the evaluation of dispatch release. The flight route was optimized in combination with the one-engine-failure landing procedure and the cockpit decompressure emergency descent procedure. It was found that optimizing route can effectively reduce flight delays, reduce operating costs, improve service quality, and achieve efficient and low-carbon flight on the basis of safe flight.
