Abstract:Under the action of inertial load, the fuel or oil loaded in the fuel tank/oil tank of civil aircraft will bring impact force to the adjacent structure, which may cause fatigue or strength problems of the fuel tank structural parts, cause the fuel tank to leak, and cause other safety problems. According to the requirements of the fuel tank and oil tank sloshing test in 25.965 and 25.1015, this paper analyzes the applicability, compliance implementation and methods for sloshing and vibration test, sorts out the compliance risk points and puts forward the corresponding compliance focus. Combined with compliance cases, the review process and compliance determination were analyzed. In the compliance cases, this paper analyzes the design features of fuel tank and oil tank, compares them with the clause criteria, clarifies the compliance methods of 25.965(b), 25.1015(b), and conducts compliance in the form of explanatory documents. The compliance case study shows that the applicability and compliance of the sloshing and vibration test can be directly judged by adopting the compliance criterion and comparing with the design features. This paper summarizes the compliance criterion, review focus and risk points, which provides certain references and clear criteria for the specific the specific aspects of the engineering practice of the fuel tank and oil tank sloshing and vibration test.
