Abstract:To improve the technical maturity and engineering realization safety of the active center of gravity control function of civil aircraft in China, based on the principle of active center of gravity control function and referring to the design methods of typical foreign aircraft, it is proposed that the active center of gravity control function should have two control modes, manual control and automatic control, which can be started at a certain safety height and system state conditions, and it has the functional logic design principle of forward transfer and backward transfer separately. For the engineering realization, the system architecture of the active center of gravity control function was constructed, and the considerations of the design of the cockpit control panel and display alarms of a typical aircraft were analyzed. For the key technologies, the possible problems of fuel measurement errors, aircraft center of gravity overruns and controller failures that may be encountered in engineering implementation were analyzed, and the solutions were proposed by setting target center of gravity thresholds and center of gravity adjustment thresholds, using non-similar real-time center of gravity solution monitoring and allowing restart and re-enter of the current aircraft weight center of gravity. The relevant conclusions can provide references for the engineering design and realization of active center of gravity control function of civil aircraft in China.
