Abstract:As the only supporting structure of the aircraft, the aircraft landing gear is an indispensable part of the aircraft. As an important part of aircraft landing gear, tires bear huge impact and friction during take-off, landing and taxiing, which may cause tire burst accidents, and then may cause the gas jet effect of tires, which will lead to the damage to the pipelines within the scope of the jet effect. The damage of the hydraulic pipeline will cause the aircraft hydraulic energy system and its associated hydraulic equipment to work abnormally, which will threaten the flight safety of the aircraft. For the strength calculation of the hydraulic pipeline in the jet flow mode, because the jet flow generated by the tire burst in this mode is huge in a moment, it is very difficult to calculate the jet flow load. This article proposes a jet load fitting method for the strength calculation of the hydraulic pipeline in the jet mode, and loads the fitted load into the finite element model of the pipeline to calculate the strength of the hydraulic pipeline. This paper provides an engineering and practical method for calculating the strength of the hydraulic pipeline in the jet mode under tire burst.
