Abstract:This paper analyzes the airworthiness compliance of civil aircraft cabin in high or low temperature environment. Firstly, the airworthiness requirement of FAR/CCAR 25.831(g) and FAR/CCAR 25.1309 (a)(b)(d)clause applicable to high or low temperature environment in cabin were interpreted and analyzed. Furthermore, the acceptable standards of high or low temperature environment based on the core temperature of human body were obtained. Then, the idea of airworthiness compliance for high and low temperature environment of cockpit was put forward including: predicting the high or low temperature environment in cabin under failure conditions, and with this as the input, the core temperature of human body was simulated by simulation calculation, which can predict the core temperature of human body and evaluate the health of human body. Then the laboratory test for measuring the core temperature of the human body under the high or low temperature environment was carried out to verify the accuracy of numerical simulation of human core temperature model. Finally, the compliance of airworthiness clause FAR/CCAR 25.831(g) and FAR/CCAR 25.1309 (a)(b)(d) to airworthiness provisions was explained according to the equivalent security rules of external environment temperature human core temperature physiological index safety index.
