Abstract:Lubricating system of aeroengine plays an important role in engine lubrication, heat dissipation, cleaning, and anticorrosion. The safety of the lubrication system affects the overall safety of the aeroengine. It is very important to study the certification basis and safety of aeroengine lubrication system for the independent development of engine lubrication system in China. Firstly, this paper analyzes the airworthiness clauses and standards of engine lubrication system, and then studies the function and component failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) of the lubrication system. Finally, the certification analysis is carried out from the five parts of lubrication system design, lubrication system component test, lubricating oil attitude test, lubricating oil interruption test and whole machine test, forming a complete set of safety review method guide of lubrication system, providing airworthiness certification support for CAAC.
