民机液压系统安全阀下游回油管路动态压力分析

    针对民机液压系统中液压泵持续大流量输出导致安全阀开启后瞬时向回油管路泄压这种回油管路压力较高的典型场景,基于AMESim软件平台建立了安全阀下游回油管路动态压力分析模型,对一些可能影响安全阀下游回油管路动态压力的液压系统元件及参数进行了分析。仿真结果分析表明:液压系统中元件的液容和液阻效应可以降低回油管路动态压力峰值;系统安全阀开启快慢对下游回油管路动态压力峰值有明显影响。当溢流阀开启时间在一定范围内时,溢流阀开启速度越快,回油管路动态压力峰值越低。当溢流阀开启时间超过一定范围时,溢流阀开启速度越慢,回油管路动态压力峰值越低;系统中增加蓄压器回油管路动态压力峰值明显降低,且蓄压器体积越大,回油管路动态压力峰值越低,但变化相对较小。蓄压器的有无对回油管路动态压力峰值的影响较大,其体积大小相对来说影响较小。仿真结果能够为民机液压系统设计初期回油管路设计压力确定提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the typical scenario of high pressure of return pipeline in the return pipeline caused by the continuous large flow output of hydraulic pump in the aircraft hydraulic system, dynamic pressure analysis model of safety valve downstream return pipeline was established based on AMESim software platform, and some hydraulic system components and parameters that may affect the dynamic pressure of safety valve downstream return pipeline were analyzed. The simulation results show that the fluid volume and fluid resistance effects of the components in the hydraulic system can reduce the dynamic pressure peak of the return line; the opening speed of the system safety valve has a significant impact on the dynamic pressure peak of the downstream return pipeline. When the opening time of the safety valve is within a certain range, the faster the opening speed of the safety valve is, the lower the dynamic pressure peak value of the return pipeline will be. When the opening time of the safety valve exceeds a certain range, the slower the opening speed of the safety valve is, the lower the dynamic pressure peak value of the return pipeline will be; the dynamic pressure peak value of the return pipeline is significantly reduced with adding the accumulator in the system. The larger the volume of the accumulator is, the lower the dynamic pressure peak value of the return line is, but the change is relatively small. The existence of the accumulator has a greater impact on the dynamic pressure peak of the return pipeline, but its volume has a relatively small impact. The simulation results can provide a reference for determining the design pressure of return pipeline in the early stage of aircraft hydraulic system design.
