    摘要:

    智能制造包含智能制造技术和智能制造系统,是国际上公认的实现工业体系转型升级的新一代方法论,能够从根本上提升我国复杂产品的创新能力和研制水平,因此,正确理解、全面认识智能制造,对我国的经济发展、数字中国的建设具有极其重大的现实意义和历史意义。智能制造的基础是数字化,由于航空工业具有复杂性、可靠性、研制成本高的三高特征,因此三维全数字化设计在国际上以波音777为代表、国内以新飞豹为代表走在了前列,其成熟的数字化技术和管理体系已经持续的向其它行业推广,取得了领先的成绩。在此基础上通过近十几年的发展,初步构建了航空工业的智能制造体系和架构。

    Abstract:

    Intelligent manufacturing, including intelligent manufacturing technology and intelligent manufacturing system, is a new generation of methodology recognized internationally to realize the transformation and upgrading of industrial system, which can fundamentally improve the innovation ability and R&D level of China’s complex products. Therefore, a correct and comprehensive understanding of intelligent manufacturing is of great practical and historical significance to China’s economic development and the construction of Digital China. The basis of intelligent manufacturing is digitization. Due to its three unique characteristics of high complexity, high reliability and high R&D cost, aviation industry’s 3D full digital design is in the leading position with Boeing 777 as the representation in the world and FBC1 bomber in China, its mature digital technology and management system have been and continues to be extended to other industries and have made great achievements. Through the development of more than ten years on this foundation, the intelligent manufacturing system and architecture in aviation industry are initially constructed.
