Abstract:As one of the key technologies in the design of large aircraft, the design level of high-lift devices will greatly improve the overall performance of the aircraft. Although the scheme of the advanced high-lift devices is developing towards a simple form, its design objective is to combine complex considerations such as aerodynamic, mechanism, structure and noise to achieve optimal comprehensive performance and improve the safety, economy and comfort of flight. It is a highly difficult multi-discipline and multi-constraint coupling design problem.The design difficulties of high-lift devices are discussed in combination with aerodynamic optimization, mechanism design and integration research, and the corresponding solutions are put forward, and finally the aerodynamic/mechanism integration design was completed. The shape design methods from clean configuration to cruise configuration, the aerodynamic evaluation and optimization methods of takeoff and landing configurations, the method for expressing the position of high-lift devices and research status of mechanism design were reviewed respectively. Finally, the idea of integrated aerodynamic/mechanical design method is described, and the research and achievements in this field at home and abroad were summarized.
