Abstract:With the rapid development of multielectric aircraft and allelectric aircraft, higher quality requirements and test system construction requirements have been put forward for each control component of the civil aircraft power system, especially for the generator control unit (GCU). In order to reduce the technical input difficulty of the test system and the cost of followup capability expansion, and to improve the componentlevel testing level of key components of our civil aircraft system, this paper firstly compares the capabilities of domestic and foreign civil aircraft manufacturers in the componentlevel testing field, and analyzes the structure function and technical indicators of generator controller for a certain type of civil aircraft power supply system. Finally, Starting from the test requirements of the generator controller, a generalized, standardized and modular integrated test system is proposed. By establishing the core of the power system component function, performance verification, troubleshooting, and maintenance capabilities, we strive to cover the strict inspection and control of incoming acceptance inspection, efficient troubleshooting of general assembly ground function tests, and quick response of field application operation and maintenance to multiapplication scenario test requirements, and finally achieve the goal of building our national aircraft test support system.
