Abstract:In order to address the problem of asymmetric roll moment and roll balance of the wings on both sides caused by the abnormal deformation of the wing surface due to the actuator disconnecting of a single actuator for a certain trailing edge flap, an interconnect mechanism between the inner and outer flaps was adopted to reduce the excessive deformation and provide the energy absorption and auxiliary constrains function, so as to ensure that the aircraft can continue to fly and land safely after the system failure. The chain analysis technology was applied to realize the simulation of the impact process for the single flap actuator disconnecting fault and the prediction of the stop stroke and energy absorption demand of the interconnect mechanism. The preliminary verification was completed through the equipment level test of the interconnect mechanism.
