Abstract:At present, most aviation accidents are caused by aircraft errors, which cause major loss. Therefore, it is very necessary to conduct errorproofing research. Errorproofing design is an important part of aircraft design. This paper studies on errorproofing design which are taken during the development of the aircraft, emphasizes the need for errorproofing design, and presents five aspects of errorproofing measures, including physical measures, connection measures, identification measures, process measures, inspection measures. The errorproofing review method and process were introduced in detail, which provide an useful guidance for reducing the occurrence of errors and improving the quality of aircraft design.
