Abstract:Aiming at the problem of cabin door howling in civil aircraft, this paper proposes a solution to solve the howling problem of the cabin door for civil aircraft. Based on the research on the mechanism of the cabin doors howling for civil aircraft, the types of the cabin door howling mechanism for civil aircraft were analyzed. In order to solve the problem of cavity howling noise caused by the cavity on the outer surface of the aircraft in high-speed flight, the cabin door for some civil aircraft was taken as a research object, the acoustic resonance model of this kind of cabin door cavity howling was established. By analyzing the sound frequency file of the cabin door area in a complete flight loop, the frequency and sound pressure level of cabin door howling were obtained. According to the flight parameters and the cavity acoustic resonance model, the cavity geometry causing the howling noise was calculated and compared with the cavity sizes existing in the cabin door area one by one to determine the cavity causing the howling noise. Finally, according to the structure of the howling cavity, a method to deal with the howling problem of the cabin door was proposed. The test results show that the proposed method is feasible to solve the howing problem of cabin doors.
