This article analyzes work content and work process of general design for civil aircraft during concept design phase. Combined with merits and drawbacks of foreign software used presently, we presented technical plan of general design parameters comprehensive optimization, including optimizing design architecture, analyzing model and optimizing arithmetic, which would be a foundation for forming civil aircraft general design combination analysis and optimization program with proprietary intellectual property rights.
