Service Bulletin is an important means to improve the performance of fleet and mitigate the risk of fleet safety. This paper reviewed the related concepts of domestic civil aircraft Service Bulletin, expounded the relevant risk of continued airworthiness, and summarized the current practice of the Continued Airworthiness System and the preparation of Service Bulletin respectively. Based on the Continued Airworthiness System, a new model of the closedloop management of domestic civil aircraft Service Bulletin was put forward emphatically. The whole process supervision mode of the Service Bulletin was studied, which could realize the whole process supervision and management, and guide the practice of domestic civil aircraft Service Bulletin.
