Composite as excellent aviation material is widely used due to its high intensity, stiffness and designable performance. In order to satisfy manufacture process and maintain requirement, the composite fuel tank needs to open hole with the appropriate fuel tank access door. This paper describes design and manufacturing method of composite fuel tank access door, which could provide technical support for composite fuel tank access door of civil aircraft.
