This article describes the definition of risk management, and analyzes the domestic and international status of civil aircraft development risk management. Combined with domestic civil aircraft development characteristic, civil aircraft development risk management process and workflow are put forward, focusing on risk identification methods. Comparing and analyzing risk identification methods, civil aircraft development risk identification system is presented.
