The key technologies of composite material application for civil aircraft include material choosing,structure design, stress analysis, processing & assembling, structure repair, and airworthiness etc. Based on the study of civil aircraft composite laminates layup design method, the engineering method is used to complete the layup and sizing design at the primary design stage.
