Computer and network technology, the rapid popularization and development of a large number of generated electronic documents are to our work and life changed dramatically, with archive and manage paper documents completely different to the traditional file management posed a serious challenges, we urgently need to archive electronic documents and electronic files after archiving to regulate and scientific management.
