This paper analyzed the casting Alloys selection requirement and main cast methods of civil aircraft industry,put forward general requirements of casting, such as: preproduction approval of casting, determination of classes and grades, tensile specimens selection, welding process, tolerance, etc.Investment castings were used as an illustration to analyze the development trend of civil aircraft cast technology.
