Supplier management is not only the basic element of the project management success of commercial aircraft under the new mode of "main manufacturers-suppliers",but also the challenge of project management.The actual practice of our country's civil aviation industry and the development trend of the world are discussed in this paper,and then has a scientific analysis and research on the domestic supply management mode, also a deep discussion on supply management.
